Teamwork

I believe passion is the core energy of every moment and every moment counts. I always feel this passion when I am learning something new and when I am teaching others. For most of my adult life, I have been part of large organizations, leading teams in different ways. It was not until I reached Casco Antiguo, Panama and began my affair with this neighborhood, that I understood the deep and profound meaning of teamwork. IMMA Mother in Hebrew. Imma is the name my team in Dekel would call me. I am sure they loved the sound of it, but I also believe we created a functional, compassionate, learning, teaching environment, allowing each and every one of us to bring out the best in him while moving as a well-functioning, empowering team.
