Located over Avenida A, in front of the ruins of La Compañía de Jesús Church; this building was built in the XVIII century. Over time the building had suffered many façade alterations making structural walls the only remaining element from the original building. On its very beginning the building was used as residential, but it changed to be a school until one fire that destroyed the original upper wooden levels. This building became part of Dekel’s portfolio in 2013 counting with 814 m2 and was delivered as its first residential restoration in 2016 reaching 971 m2 composed of one commercial space in ground floor and 5 apartments spread along the two upper levels, with the impressive view of the church’s ruin.
