The existence of this building recalls the year 1927; this two stories concrete building had been suffering alteration ever since its construction. Dekel bought this property in 2016, counting with 348 m2, the plan aimed to renovate the commercial space and two apartments without harming the original structure of the building. Due to the very height ceiling on the apartments it was possible to gain a mezzanine which can be used as an entertainment space or guest room.In terms of style, the original look of the concrete and walls was kept matching with contemporary furniture and carpentry. After renovation it was possible to reach 393 m2
