This 70s residential building has been bought in 2015, and it making part of Calle 11, the upcoming bohemian neighborhood conceptualized to attract young people and gastronomic spaces. 8-23 building counted originally with 15 apartments and making 862 m2 ; and after renovation ended up with 921 m2 composed by: 2 commercial spaces and 11 apartments. Interior design wise the building spins around the patio and each of the apartments got an eclectic and contemporary look, perfect for a young crowd which looks for a community ambiance in Casco Viejo.
